Gun Raffle - Official Rules & Terms & Conditions

Please note that Winner(s) must be legally eligible to own and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Void where prohibited by law.

Raffle Tickets

-Tickets may be purchased for $25/each.

-No limit of tickets sold to a single person

-Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

-Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee winning.

Drawing & Winner Selection

-The winning ticket will be drawn on March 27, 2026 at the Patriot Riders RI CH1 Comedy Show. Drawing will be live on Facebook. 

-Winner will be notified via phone using the information provided at ticket purchase.

-Winner does not need to be present to win unless otherwise stated.

Firearm Transfer

-All Firearms will be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer.

-Winner must successfully pass all required background checks prior to taking possession.

- Any transfer fees, taxes or background check fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

-If the winner fails or declines the background check, an alternate winner may be selected.

Alternate Prize / Forfeiture

-No cash substitution

-If the firearm cannot be legally transferred to the winner, the prize may be 

         - Forfeited

         - Replaced with an alternate prize of equal or lesser value.

         - Awarded to an alternate winner (at organizations discretion)

Liability

By Participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Patriot Riders of America, Rhode Island Chapter 1, sponsor and affiliates from any liability,

injury, loss or damage arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
